All ready to ship pieces are shipped with in 5 business days. Made to order pieces take approximately 1-2 weeks to be made and ship.

Susurro Studio accepts returns and exchanges. Please contact me in 14 days after receiving your purchase and send it back to us in 21 days after receiving it. All goods have to be in the same condition as received. Custom orders are non-returnable.
